Live a Little Longer - Ganymede

Nigel Hurlstone is a north Wales-based artist and teacher who spent months, very ill, in the regional general hospital , Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. His one hope was to "live a little longer". While awaiting diagnosis, he took notes about the hospital, patients and staff that filled his new, much reduced environment. These notes eventually became a book of stories, an installation of sound and images, commissioned by Ruthin Centre for Applied Arts accompanied by audio adaptations played 'on demand' in specially created 'story chairs'. In Ganymede we meet Bernard, a retired farmer from Denbighshire.
